Family Cargo Bike

The family cargo bike: a real alternative to the car

The family cargo bike is the mobility solution transforming urban family transport. With capacity to carry 2 or 3 children in addition to the rider, the cargo bike replaces the second car in the city. Trips like taking kids to school, grocery shopping, or going to the park become enjoyable outdoor moments instead of stressful traffic jams.

Our Cycles du Midi and Wed Cargo models come equipped with children's benches with seatbelts, backrests and side protection. The rain canopy protects children from rain and wind, allowing year-round cargo bike use, even in winter.

Safety: the priority of our family cargo bikes

All our cargo bikes are equipped with high-quality disc brakes, integrated LED lights and Schwalbe Marathon Plus anti-puncture tires. The Cargo Électrique has a 250W motor with 80 N·m of torque providing smooth and controlled assistance, even on hills with cargo. Speed is limited to 25 km/h per European EPAC regulations.

The cargo box is designed with rounded edges and non-toxic materials. Seatbelts are adjustable for children aged 2 to 8. The optional child seat allows transporting babies from 6 months.
